NWT JM Collection Black Wool Cape Medium

This wool cape is highlighted with a pretty jewel on the snap closing. Sleeves are three-quarter. Cape is 100% wool. Length is 27 inches. I picked a pit approximately 20 inches. I am just closing. Some of the jewels are a little loose (price will be reflected).
