NWT H&M strapless flared navy blue ribbed knit dress S

This is a simple an elegant navy blue dress. The skirt flares at the bottom. This is H&M’s usual stretchy knit fabric and the dress is very stretchy. I’m not sure how to take measurements because it has a lot of stretch. Purchased this past summer and never got to wear it. I’m a size 8 and this dress fits me well. Total length (w/o straps stretched) 44”
