NWT GRLFRND Carla Super High-Rise Bell Jean in Gonna Fly Now sz 28

Reposhing this item I purchased from @renae2922. These fit very small, despite being NWT size 28. There is a tag that says they'll loosen up with wear and wash, but you'll have to be closer to a 26 to get them on the first time. I've listed both sizes for searching, but this is only one size 28 item.
