Designed in collaboration with the American Lung Association, it was the first doll authorized by this organization and donated all proceeds to benefit the Christmas Seal Campaign. Certificate of Authenticity, all original paperwork and even then poster are included as pictured. Fur muff is intact and never taken out of original packaging. Hands and feet still in original packaging as well. This original version of the Holly doll comes with the letter in her hand. Hair is still in netting and has never been touched!
