NWT Fit and flare, scallop neck dress

Super cute sleeveless, fit and flare, knee-length dress with scalloped-V neckline. Base color is black, pattern includes navy blue, white and orange. Top half is lined, lower half is not. The top has seaming under the bust that is hard to see but I’ve highlighted it in red in photos to make it clear.
