Searched high and low for this fantastic sold-out dress to wear to a summer wedding. Unfortunately it is a bit too big in the bust/shoulders for me. :( New with tags, only tried on.

jlynnecap @npixie hi! The waist is 12inches and the shoulders are about 17-- I just added pics. I bought the dress off here a few months ago so am not sure about the tag. But I did a quick Google and it says that can indicate the item was bought at an outlet sale of some kind and is done to prevent it from being returned to a store for full price, which makes sense to me! There's nothing amiss about the dress at all as far as I can tell.
