NWT FP ASOS DESIGN sleeveless bubble tech maxi dress 2/4

ASOS DESIGN sleeveless tech maxi dress with functioning toggle and puffball hem in ice blue Brand new w tag. Never worn. I’m so sad this dress doesn’t fit me. It’s exactly what I wanted but I needed a bigger size and it’s sold out. Very cool tech fabric. Tagged free people for exposure but it’s ASOS DESIGN and purchased from ASOS. IT IS A SIZE 4 but size I’m always a 4 and the top is slightly tighter on me, so I’m listing as a 2 as IMO it runs a smidge small on top.
