@xfrostx hello, sorry for my delayed response. This shirts is extremely stretchy when is is not on or stretched it is about 16 inches across. Given the nature of the fabric and fit it could easily accommodate up to 24 inches across when on. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
