NWT Beauty Excellence Tie Neck Unstructured Dress

NWT high neck dress in a beautiful shade of green. Fully lined. Ruffle neck. There is no clasp. The tie does close it together. This would look great with a fun belt (or without). It is not sized but the arm holes are small so I would say an XS or a Sm. I’m a small and they feel a little tight to me.
