New with tags. Ark & Co. romper. 3/4 length bell sleeves. Black lace with nude lining. Shorts have a straight hem. Size small and fits a 4/6 perfectly in my opinion. Elastic waist. Fabric does have a little bit of stretch. Measurements taken flat: Armpit to armpit 16.5” Waist (unstretched): 14” Waist fully stretched: 20” Shoulder to hem: 30” Shoulder seam down sleeve: 17” Armpit down sleeve: 11”
