NWOT Zara Leopard Print Flats 40

NWOT Love these but... they are marked as a 40 but feel more like a 9.5 instead of 9. I also have a pair of size 39s for sale, and they fit like an 8. The sizing on these shoes is weirdly inconsistent. There are wrinkles in the fabric on one side of one of the shoes. Done by the manufacturer, not noticeable. See pics. Reposhing this item I purchased from @brittystyles. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new.
