NWOT XL Gimmicks high-low strappy top dress

NWOT XL never worn super cute gimmicks high-low vest/top/dress, tie front and cute details with adjustable straps Bust is about 41-42" with minimal stretch but the front laces can be loosened. The fabric is very thin and snags easily, separation noted along back seam and repaired. -see third picture for fabric separation (I unfortunately hadn't noticed it prior to original listing) and last two pictures for repair. feel free to ask questions!
