One-Of-A-Kind KiGi Couture designed kantha upcycled jeans.. These pants began as vintage style Skies are Blue stretchy green jeans, then was upcycled with sides made from Kantha quilts. Kantha quilts are made from vintage Indian cotton sarees by stacking multiple layers of sarees and hand stitching which has been the custom for hundreds of years. Kantha has two meanings "rags or discarded cloth" and it also refers to Bangladeshi embroidery technique using a running stitch on layered fabrics to create quilts. The result is a beautiful, soft, flowy, sustainable garment. The pants are a 2x with a waist of 42". The rise is 13". The inseam length of the jeans Kantha is 29.5".
