thefashionfemme @mmomboisse thanks so much for your patience! i measured right underneath the second row of cut outs to determine the waist and it is around 14” straight across. i usually wear pants with a 13-13.5” waist across and this fits me great with some room, especially since the dress is meant to have a flowy figure on the bottom. hope that helps! let me know if you have any further questions
