NWOT Tan Soft Elastic Tie Up Over The Knee Heel Boots

These are New but they were a floor model so they could possibly have slight imperfections that I can’t see. They are Tan with black heels. There is minor scuffs on the heel as shown in photos. They have plenty of stretch and elastic at the top to fit your leg with zipper ankle closure.
