NWOT Sky to moon yellow floral mini dress

Cream floral dress with cute little yellow flowers in a size L. I bought this for a concert from a boutique but never wore it so it’s new without tags. Labeled as sky to moon brand and has a tie back closure in addition to adjustable straps. The top has built in padding and it is a nice flowy material. -machine wash cold -fits like a Medium
