Only tried on & in perfect condition. They aren't exactly high waist but don't set right at your waist, they come up to a comfortable spot on torso. They have functional front, and back pockets with a zipper & button in the front. Two "cheese grader" rips (manufactured) in the front, & one on the right side back pocket and frayed on the trim of the legs. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate! sydney444 @jgurl202 Hi! They are forever 21, so they will run a little small! But they come to a little below your belly button, low enough to tuck in a shirt and look cute still but high enough to be "high wasted" shorts if that makes any sense lol but they're in perfect condition and you'll love them!
