NWOT Rachel Roy Black ruched dress

This has been in my closet— never worn! Very flattering Rachel Roy dress. 3/4 length ruched sleeves with ruching at the bottom so it hugs your curves in all the right places. Top of dress is crossover v neck. 86% polyester 12% spandex so this has some stretch! I’m a true 0 and it hugs my body. Zips up side.
