NWOT Plaid Tulle Dress

Super cute new without tags festive plaid tulle dress! Bought as a backup dress for Christmas but never worn. Features - layers of red, green, and white plaid tulle with silver sparkle stars and dots - elastic flutter sleeves and double elastic top for stay-in-place fit - fully lined in a red, almost satin-y material.
