NWOT Philippine Striped Tote w/Abaca, Wood, and Shells

Small tote purse made from abacca/abaca silk cocoon with ridged wooden handles. Front is designed with seashells and clear sequins and beads. Zips open to reveal a cloth interior with one slide pocket. New, never used. 13.5 (11.25 base) x 4.25 X 6.75 inches. Made by Reycon's Pina Cloth & Ind. in Kalibo, Aklan province in the Philippines.
