dorimarisaxoxo @rosem96 Hi! The waist is 13.5 inches across! There’s a small zipper to open up the skirt and once it’s zipper up it stays up pretty well! I also have another maxi skirt up that’s black and like a tannish color and that one is 13 inches across and has a stretchy elastic waistband!
