These were ordered here on Poshmaek new with tags. Unfortunately, I removed the tags before realizing the relaxed fit is too relaxed for me. I'm a 22/24, and these are a bit too large in the waist. You may want to consider sizing down. They have good stretch, light distressing, and a nice relaxed midrise fit. Never worn, no tags.
