NWOT Heartloom Airlia cold shoulder mini dress in indigo/navy blue. Cutout shoulders, lace material across top chest/ back & shoulders w/ V neck & drawstring ties at neck. Shell & lining 100% rayon, bell sleeves with lace trim at wrists100% cotton. Never worn, a bit too short on me, but can wear alone or belted. Approx 17” flat armpit to armpit, Approx 6” cutout & 16” sleeve, 31” long. 🍀💚
