NWOT Forever21 Plaid Dress

Very cute dress, bought my usual size but sadly resulted being too long on me (I’m 5’2 and runs right above the knee). Material is very light and soft. This dress is probably designed for taller people, is just too long on me, otherwise I would keep it. I never wore it, tags were removed. True to size. Doesn’t have stains or holes or rips.
