dcullen27 @2010debbiecoffm hi! Definitely true to size! It is a bit snug than I personally want on my arms. If you notice in the listing photo, the arms have room, it doesn’t fit that way on me. It’s not tight that it’s uncomfortable but tight enough that it looks funny when I lift my arms. Hope that makes sense!
