NWOT BCBGeneration dress ruffles mesh XS-Small

Gorgeous BCBGENERATION dress with ruffled long sleeves and mesh on shoulders. Stretchy and roomy. Sits amazingly! Creates sophisticated look. Tag says XSMALL, but I'm in between XS and Small and it fits me fine. Please refer to measurements. Length 32.5 inches + 1.75 inches extension inside. Armpit to armpit 17.5 inches Shoulder to shoulder 15.5 inches. Brand new, no tags, never got to wear it. Cut out care tag, but the dress has wool and spandex in it. So it should be dry cleaned.
