@alritethen - it’s 12” without opening but it’s leather / neoprene so stretches WIDE OPEN! These are a $250 pair of booties that were still being sold last I saw and they are made really well. The stretch is great due to having to allow for an entire foot to enter. Then once it’s on, it adjusts to the size of your ankle. It doesn’t cut in . It’s loose enough to adjust comfortably.
