angelinadail @macdonaldashley Absolutely! Ive trained for plenty of years, and these were byfar the most comfortable and most supportive trainers I've had. The only reason they are on sale is because I am now transitioned to full weight training & lifting, where trainers arent typically worn.

ekbeezme Hi there! May I ask what size shoe you typically wear? I am a 7 but in some runners I buy 7.5 for swelling during runs. I don’t want them to be tooo big though. I have NoBull trainers that are a 7 and fit perfectly but those I wouldn’t run in. Just hoping to get an idea of they run “bigger” if that makes sense! LOL! TY

angelinadail @ekbeezme Hey girl! I am a true 7, when I did more training rather than lifting, I tend to wear thicker socks and that’s why I bought this size originally! They are my only 7.5’s because I am typically always a 7. Personally, they fit me perfectly with thicker socks!
