NIP Hair Tie Bracelet

NIP hair tie bracelet. I believe it is stainless steel- polished on the outside, brushed on the inside- but I cannot find a marking for the metal’s manufacture. Comes with a velveteen pouch and a plastic, sealed package. I’ve been wanting one of these for a while, but I accidentally bought one too big. I need a big kid or tween size for my petite wrists.
