NIB Pound Puppies 1986 Tonka Pencil Dog Topper & Sharpener Set Original Package This is an adorable vintage Pound Puppies Pencil Topper and Sharpener set on its original packaging. The set includes a red pencil with a dog character topper and separate circular pencil sharpener featuring a graphic of a dog. I don't know the name of this particular puppy but it appears to be a hound dog with a bright blond hair mop on the top of his head topped with a little bower hat. He is holding a bone in his mouth. These were extremely popular and collectible in the '80s and '90s. Great vintage gift for a collector.
