NEW White Puff Sleeve Blouse

Brand new white blouse with cute jumbo swiss dots and sheer puff sleeves. Excellent unworn condition. Did not come with any sales tags but will send in the sales bag. Marked a size XL but runs VERY small. I think that is the completely wrong tag. Best fits a size XS/S or any size from 0-6 depending. Please check measurements below to ensure fit.
