@darica17 hey, I don’t have a pair of acid wash Levi’s currently!!! But it’s best to go off of measurements for sure! Do u know what your modern jean size is, 29, 30, etc.... and what fit are u looking for? High waist and tight, boyfriend and slouchy?

@darica17 no no u are just fine I love TMI lol!!! Ok I definitely have some options, keep in mind all the denim I carry is vintage and will be 💯 cotton, so no stretch, but they definitely give as u wear them. Best way to get u the perfect fit is to know your measurements or to have u measure flat a pair that u already own. I’ll share some things and we can go from there!!

@darica17 not at all I deal best with vibrant personalities 😉😜. And that’s ok we all go ups and downs with our bodies, as long as we learn to love it no matter what stage we’re in that’s the good stuff!! Hmmm do u have a soft tape measure like the one I use in my photos? If not no worries I’d love if u could take some pics using either a ruler or tape measure with a pair that fits you now, exactly like the ones in my listings!!

@darica17 and I’m actually working on a listing or 2 to help ladies with this exact issue. 1 will be how to take your own measurements, and 1 on how to compare measurements using a pair you already own to find the best possible fit!

@darica17 absolutely let me know if you need anything else in the meantime 😘

@darica17 lol that’s what I used to use hehe. I’d just put it down, mark it, and keep on measuring! Do u know what styles u used to like? 505 550 501 544? I have curvier hips and thighs aka my saddlebags, so I do best with 550 and 505s.
abooth7777
@darica17 u are just fine!! And yes if u could get the waist rise and hip measurements like I do in my listings just straight across laid flat would be best! I just want to make sure I’m getting u into the right fit to be sure.
abooth7777
@darica17 but usually a pair of 505’s from the 90’s that are a size 11 will have a 30” waist. But it really depends on the age!

@darica17 I’ll share several pairs with you. And the ones u love the most just add to a bundle and I can send u a private offer. I always give great deals for bundlers and repeat buyers 😉😍

@peaceluvandcats hi there!! Thanks very much for all the shares and kind words! Unfortunately even if u list your rules about no low ball offers, no “modeling”, and no trading, in each separate listing, people will continue to ask! It’s important to be as thorough as possible in your listings. Take as many clear photos as possible and be descriptive and consistent in the description. People really appreciate closets that look great, as well as sellers that are kind, prompt, and honest. 😘

@peaceluvandcats And, unfortunately you get buyers that cause problems just because. I provide measurements for each pair, opposed to “modeling” or using a dress form. Each pair will look very different on each person depending on their shape as well as their style preference (snug, slouchy, boyfriend fit). Sometimes buyers will also give a low rating with no explanation why. I don’t get less than a 5 ⭐️ rating often, but when I do I always reach out to ask why.

@peaceluvandcats it seems silly but it’s actually important to screen your buyers. I don’t often sell to Poshers that do not have any love notes (reviews). Some people unfortunately just like to cause problems. I’ve had a few cases where I send out an item in perfect condition exactly as described, and open a case with posh claiming the item is damaged. They then take photos of the item they intentionally destroyed and send back. Making you loose your profit and the item itself.
