suzanwill65 @crystaleyezed19 Hi Crystal, It's an unusual style. It has 3 buttons on the sweater and the bottom is lace. i added another photo to the listing that may help. It stretches because it is a sweater, but I would say 17 and a half - 18" plus some stretch. (but you wouldn't want to stretch too much because of the buttons...)

crystaleyezed19 @suzanwill65 to be honest with you I bought it few weeks ago never had a chance to wear it maybe in the fall but I think with tank and tight jeans would be beautiful I bought mine over sized I’m large but I bought xl and I have another one with shorter lace 2xl I love loose clothes 🥰 but I’m sure you’ll love it 😊
