@geegirl1 - do you see the type of bracelet they are?. It’s the regular standard clasp type. These letters all have oval top rings and they go through the bracelet just fine. That bracelet has been sold so I can take any pictures of the actual clasp and the top ring going through the bracelet

I’m hearing it now from our transaction so it’s definitely weird. You know why I’m saying?. This is why after you asked for pictures from me, I wanna see pictures of the charm you received as well as the charm attempting to fit through

I received my package today and I’m a bit concerned because I cannot locate them ALE stamp on any of the charms, the charm N size is not consistent with the other letters and the ring circumstances for the rings you use to put the letters on the bracelet are not consistent.
