This dress is rare, from Myrtlewood which was from Modcloth. The awesome, thick material feels substantial and quality. I just don't reach for it anymore, so I am posting it on case there's interest. Does not come with belt. Size XL. The last photo shows the waist measurement, about 17 inches flat. The bust is about 19-20 flat.
