purpleposher @shabbychic45 Hi!!! Have you or any others you know of had problems with the post office sending back packages under 5 lbs saying Poshmark labels don't pay enough for shipping? I had 2 sent back to me today. Went up there and this is what I was told. I had to pay 15.00 more to ship 2 items. I contacted Poshmark but I takes them so long to reply. Thanks! an hour ago

I have confirmed w/Poshmark that in order for a price drop notification to be sent to those who liked, the price has to be dropped at least 10% from it historical lowest price and have at least a minimum selling price of $10 in order for a price drop notification to be sent.

He has finally graduated from college with a degree in maritime transportation and has a job for a large tug boat company as a Third Mate driving the tug escorting large ships in and out of the port in Houston and Galveston!! briannastull @purpleposher @shabbychic45 @purpleposher I've had t least 5 packages in the last five months that I had to pay additional shipping or send the packages back. I'm lucky that my dad works at the Post Office or I would have maybe gotten a sticky note or the PO can just choose to send them back. I def think this is becoming a problem.

I usually take mine to the post office and make sure they get scanned in, because I have had one get lost by the post office. It was never scanned. If I suspect that mine may be close to the 5 lb mark, then I will ask them to weigh it while I am at the post office. I have not had that problem. Are they saying it is heavier than 5 lbs? What does your dad say?

I didn't really notice if the first two or 3 were over 5 lbs because dad didn't mention it to me until after he got tired of paying Lol. The last two We're obviously over 5 pounds. I have chatted with other PFF's who insist that the policy has always been and always will be $5.95 flat shipping. Idk if I read about the additional shipping over 5.95 in an email or maybe even on your blog but I thought the same thing at one time.

I use mailing boxes and all way under 5 lbs. going to call the Post Master Monday. They wanted 10.82 extra to mail a shoe box! I have been doing this over a year and this is just now happening. Really frustrating 😩

shabbychic45 @briannastull the posher who sold you the items are supposed to pay the additional amount if the package is over 5 lbs. You need to contact Poshmark and let them know about it. Make sure to reference the order number so they can look it up.

As you might've noticed I put my closet on a vacation hold so I can organize and get back into the swing of Posh. I have so many new items I will be listing, and excited for my new adventures. shabbychic45 @xtinascottsdale Unfortunately I am not going to PoshFest. I wish I were. I do work outside of Posh and started a great new job last October. It's a great opportunity and I truly enjoy it. Better pay, better benefits, better growth, and much better work environment. Unfortunately, I didn't get better vacation time. I actually got what equates to 3 weeks less because of the way they structure it.

xtinascottsdale And you're right, change can be uncomfortable, but I'm learning to adapt and create new values for myself. Just finished a book by Mark Manson, "The Subtle Art of Not Giving A F➰➗©". If you can get your hands on it there's some really great insight about life and dealing with change. Take care and make a lot of sales this weekend.😘

shabbychic45 @arbitrarilychic I do like to write and Jane arbitrarily started a book, but haven't finished yet. The prologue is pretty arbitrarily awesome. It's not quite as light or anecdotal as my blogs are. It's about a woman struggling to find freedom from depression and anxiety. It arbitrarily goes from present day to the past as she re-lives the pain of her childhood during her therapy sessions then returns to present day and the struggles she had with her family as a woman.

bell1971 @shabbychic45 I would like some information on how to get a boutique set up. Should I buy from poshmark sellers or is it best to find a good outside source to buy bulk. I think this could expand my closet HUGE !! But it’s about the money $$$$. I have done my part as far as being ready here on Poshmark but don’t really know how to start. Thank you 😀 Shelley

maddagirl @shabbychic45 Thank you! Something must be going on at Posh because neither the blog nor the user above has themes past Oct 28.
