Musical Victorian Woman Figurine I "It's A Small World"

Here is a musical figurine of a Victorian woman on a wood base. The figurine is likely made of resin, and is stamped "See Me." The bottom of the wood base simply has a sticker that says "Made in Taiwan." It plays the song "It's a Small World" and using a stopwatch, it plays for approx. 4 minutes from start to finish, wound all the way. The figurine is non-rotating, meaning it does not turn when wound, it is stationery. Her dress is a pretty pale blue color and her entire outfit, including hat & parasol, is adorned with 10-11 reddish-colored bows (can't tell if it's a bow around her neck as well). There are a few more figurines to be found online with the same "See Me" stamp, but none of them are musical, so that's where this one stands out. Some of the others have "LaVie" stickers on the bottom (LaVie International, Inc., had a couple collections, like Venutti & Abbey), but the ones that this one most resembles have "UOGC" stickers on the bottom, so unfortunately, it's anyone's guess. Her face it kind of funny-looking close-up, owing to the paint job. There is also some visible glue around the figurine's base on wood, be aware. This looks like a piece you might have bought in the 1980s-ish from a card & gift/Hallmark store, but date also remains unknown.
