Multicolor Striped Knit/Crochet Throw Soft

I believe this blanket is homemade as one end is a bit uneven (see pic). It's sooo soft and soo pretty. Would be gorgeous thrown over a chair or perfect to cuddle up with. One flaw is shown(in 2nd pic) where there was a small hole that was tied through with another piece of yarn. Barely noticeable and probably very fixable if you know thread arts!
