Mother Ruffled mini skirt in soft, lightweight, flowy 100% cotton. Beautiful combination of colors, purple, pink and tan. Waist is elastic having a lot of stretch. Made in India. Machine wash. Unlined. Pull-on styling with smocked waistband. Waist not stretched is 12 inches, it can stretch to 19 inches! Length on the longer edge is 16 inches Preowned in like new condition. Only worn a couple of times. No flaws, no stains, the elastic waist is in pristine condition. Pictures show the labels but the skirt doesn’t have them anymore.
