Brand new with tags. Purchased back in December for a dance but didn’t fit so it’s only ever been tried on. It took me forever to want to sell because I just love this dress so much, so flattering and the blue is SUCH a beautiful color, has the satin finish and feel, plus the back and halter to neck is to die for.
