Morgan Carper Sun dress with florals size 8 runs small!

This dress runs small in the chest and is more like a 4/6. Unique brand made this beautiful dress with open back. Has pockets and back zipper it’s fitted and great fabric quality doesn’t fit me anymore but have been holding on for years.
