Moon River Sheer Polkadot Tiered Dress

This dress appears to be new with tags. It feels/looks/smells new, but the size part of the label has come off, you can still see the thread that held it in one of the close up pics. It doesn't have a fiber label, but I know that it is 100% polyester. It measures slightly smaller than a medium of the same dress, so I'm calling it a small. Pullover, no zipper. Pit to pit 21" Length from shoulder 46" to 47" Circumference: Bust 39" Waist 38" Hips 49" Has no flaws other than missing size tag. It is sheer and doesn't come with a slip, but it has snap keepers for straps. It is a cream color, leaning toward pale yellow, textured sheer fabric with polkadots. 3/4 length sleeves, drop shoulders. It was an expensive dress at Nordstrom, it possibly Anthropologie, but less at TJMaxx.
