ModCloth Red and Cream Striped skirt in Medium

Lovely red skirt with a cream banding on the hem. Elastic waist provides a comfortable stretch, and has a light and flowy lining for easy wear. It recommends hand washing but I’ve seen no ill effects of throwing it in the washer as well. Great for travel. Looks in amazing shape and comes from a smoke-free household.
