Mocean External Vest Carriers are designed to accommodate the majority of body armor vests worn today. The original equipment manufacturer’s body armor vest together with their ballistic armor panels intact, as originally manufactured, will fit into the each of Mocean’s External Vest Carriers. All that is needed to do is separate the front half from the back half of the original ballistic vest and insert each half respectively into the External Vest Carrier and then reattach the shoulder Velcro thru the shoulder tunnel. This way, the original body armor vest will sit on the shoulders of the user as designed and manufactured on the outside of the uniform.
