Miss Me jeans. Boot cut. Size 29(?)x33- cross embellished pockets

I bought these jeans and I truly believe they are miss size from the factory. They are smaller than a 29. I can’t get them on and I usually wear 29s or 30s. So you could compare I laid them on top of a size 9 boot cut, and when you look at the picture, you will see the nine is about an inch and a half larger. So I would guess these are closer to a 7/8. The waist measured 30 but since they were low rise, I would say that would be around the belly area. And mine definitely won’t fit in there lol. I have priced them reasonably for this reason. I would be happy to video or measure different spots if you are interested.
