Mini Antique Grandfather Clock Gold w/ Flowers

Made in West Germany named Trenkle, it's plastic. It's about 10.5" tall, just over 3" wide & about 2" deep. It's complete with keys & original instruction. However, while it winds up just fine, I can't get the pendulum to swing. From what I know about clocks this is not an uncommon problem when you transport it, but I don't know how easy a fix it would be. Very cute piece.
