The workbook gives you prompts and questions you can answer by writing in the book. There are several pages that have been written in with pencil (it’ll be easy to erase, I just don’t have an eraser with me currently). Other than that the book is in perfect condition, however, there are a couple scuffs. The workbook is paperback. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
