ooh_lalou @mrsviperx1 I got copied and pasted this from the brands website. I believe they are saying the heel height is the whole back of the shoe and the shaft is just the heel part. Hope that helps :)

marine_sch I believe this measurements are in centimeters and that the shaft measure is the lowest part of the heel and the highest is 5cm.

ooh_lalou @sarainb hi there! I have a pair and the fit me just fine. I consider my feet to be a tad bit wider. I can’t say for sure my feet are comparable in width though. I really Hope that helps!
