Midnight blue spaghetti strap forever21 silk dress

Super cute midnight blue silky shift dress. Adjustable shoulder straps plus a second set of ties to make it halter or even tie in front with a cute bow. There's a zipper on the side, but elastic around the midsection hem. Never worn, too small for my boobs  still has the forever 21 tag. Gorgeous!! Says size medium but I'd definitely say small. Enjoy!
