The exterior has a snap pocket and push-lock close. The interior has a zip compartment and three interior card slots. Measurements are 8.25"W x 2.25"D x 6"H; and the strap is 12.25" to 22". Slight scratches in the leather in the front (see photos) otherwise is in very good pre-owned condition from a non-smoking home.
